刘悦，中央财经大学国际经济与贸易学院教授，中央财经大学“龙马学者”青年学者。清华大学经济学博士，美国Emory大学、美联储亚特兰大分行访问学者。主要研究领域为国际经济学、经济增长与发展、数字经济等。研究成果发表于Management Science, Review of International Economics, Economics Letters, Economic modelling,Applied Economics，《世界经济》、《经济科学》等学术期刊。主持国家自然科学基金（结题评估“优”）、国家社会科学基金、北京市社会科学基金等科研项目，并担任国家社会科学基金重大项目子课题负责人。研究成果获得鸿基世业优秀学术论文一等奖。曾获得中央财经大学优秀教职工、优秀班主任、创新创业项目优秀指导教师等荣誉。
